LIMITED WARRANTY:
This guarantees the original purchaser of PetzOff International, Inc. products a 1 Month limited warranty from the date of original invoice against nonconforming product and or manufacturing or design defects under normal use. The PetzOff™ product covered under the warranty shown will be repaired or replaced, at the option of the manufacturer, without charge for materials or PetzOff International, Inc. labor (excludes cost of shipping to and from the PetzOff International, Inc. warehouse facility.) The warranty excludes damage resulting from product misuse or abuse, product modifications, product neglect or acts of God. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Warranty does not include costs of removal, inconvenience or consequential damages. Once the product is returned, PetzOff™ shall have 14 days to examine the product and determine damage if any.
DISCLAIMER:
This product is intended to be a training aid for your dog and/or cat. Training aids are not 100% effective on all dogs and/or cats. Petzoff International Inc. makes no other express or implied warranty with respect to product other than the limited set forth above. No Petzoff International, Inc. dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. RETURN POLICY/REPLACEMENT:
As one of our valued customers, we greatly appreciate your feedback. If you have experienced any difficulty with an item purchased. Original purchaser should contact our Customer Service Department via website at www.Petzoff.com. A representative will contact you within 48 hours. Products returned for repair/replacement must be securely packed to prevent damage and shipped charges pre-paid along with proof of purchase and the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All repaired or replacement products shall be warranted for the remainder of the original product warranty. Thank you for choosing PetzOff™, creating a harmless solution to keep your loved pet off your furniture. PetzOff™ shall have the option to repair or replace at our expense. Product that meets our Limited Warranty guidelines shall be returned at our expense.
GOVERNING LAW:
In the event of litigation, any action, special proceeding or other proceeding that may be brought arising out of, in connection with, or by reason of this Agreement, the laws of the State of Florida shall be applicable and shall govern to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, without regard to the jurisdiction in which the action or special proceeding may be instituted. Any action regarding this Agreement may be brought in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, and consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives and agrees that it shall not assert that such forum is inconvenient. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PetzOff International, Inc. with respect to this Web site.
